    She suggests he write down everything that happened.

    “She said that writing is sometimes easier than speaking even though is takes longer and she said it is easier because you can do it on your own and say things that you are scared to speak unless it was by yourself and if you speak to yourself people think you are mad, but if you write the same things they think you are clever” (pg. 76-77). Analyze this quote

    This quote means that when you write things, they become less of a part of a person directly, and more a part of the ideas they convey. Because of this, people are disposed to approach writing differently, seeing the words as concepts and not as the product of a human being's mind.

    Describe Mr. Fairview’s character
    Mr. Fairview is Allen's partner at the garage, even though he isn't a mechanic. He's incredibly religious.

    Who is Leah?
    The equivalent of Ophelia, she's Mr. Fairview's daughter.

    What does Leah teach Philip?
    She teaches him to kiss.

    What does Leah promise Philip now that he is her boyfriend?
    She promises him that Dominic Weekly won't bother him anymore.
