ReplyDeleteWhile I was watching this it made me happy that they have a hospital just for that and the fact that they do the surgery well also makes me happy because I feel like if they didn't have this this hospital the kids who have it would be sad or they would have to deal with insecurities
ReplyDeleteIt was incredible to see what goes on, during the process, and how each child is not feeling down or depressed but are happy and optimistic about the hand they've dealt, and they do not not let the deficiency hinder them, because they have great people looking out for them.
ReplyDeleteI chose this video because is shot in the exact hospital where I have had all my surgeries. I like it because focuses on the strength and resilience of the children and the way that the surgery benefits their life. It was cool for me to watch because right now I am struggling with dealing with my leg and having to have another surgery.
ReplyDeleteI never knew that it was a hospital for people with leg conditions. The video was interesting because I learned things I never knew.
ReplyDeleteAfter watching the video, I learned more about the people and atmosphere of the place where Tali has been going for almost her whole life. I think that it is very rare and extraordinary that someone I know has gone through this life-changing experience. I can't imagine doing it myself, and I think it would change a lot about who I am.
ReplyDeleteThis video was informative and it was nice to see all those kids happy after the surgery that helped change their lives.
ReplyDeleteTali's video was very informative. The video sheds light on the her dysfunction and how doctors try to make it better. As a kid interested in science and medicine, this this was awesome how there are hospitals and institutes fully dedicated to specific dysfunctions. The doctors there were also inspiring and have my full respect for them as they literally save people's lives. Thanks Tali!
ReplyDeleteI never even knew there were procedure for leg lengthening but I think its cool tali shared something with us that she went through.
ReplyDeletei liked the video because it related to her and things she went/ goes through like the surgeries.
ReplyDeleteThe morning reflection was so interesting and cool because it was about Tali and something personal to her. it was different than other morning reflections because it was something I couldn't relate to but only listen and learn and the fact that it was the hospital that Tali stayed at and has such a personal connection to was so cooool !!!
ReplyDeleteI liked the video because I got to see how the kids in the video felt about their surgeries and how it affected their lives. I learned a lot from the video.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was quite fascinating to see the process of bone-lengthening and how it impacts different people at different stages in their life. I couldn't imagine how difficult it must be for someone to go throughout their entire lives going through a series of surgeries without the definite "yes" of the surgeries actually working.
