  1. Today's morning reflection was really striking. I completely support the message of the video, that all of America, especially parents, need to start changing their eating habits because our obesity problem is getting out of control. Your eating habits are learned from an early age and develop with how your parents raise you to eat, so its important that parents force the healthy alternatives on their child, even if it makes them unhappy. In the end, it will make them healthier and happier people.

  2. Based on what I seen in the video they were discussing how bad eating habits when your young will affect you in the future. I believe this is true because if you gain more healthy eating habits then your less likely to be affected by these things. also your less likely prone to certain diseases.

  3. Today's daily reflection, "Rewind the Future" was very eye opening. It exposed me to the serious aftermath that can result from unhealthy eating habits from a young age. This video in particular was unique because it was aimed at parents to try to implement healthy eating habits at a young age rather than most public service messages which are aimed at the unhealthy person directly. Overall, the video was executed very well because it was truthfully raw and served as a warning to those of us who are unhealthy.

  4. The video had said a lot in one minute. They were trying to tell us to stop bad habit feeding before it gets bad. A lot of kids today are unhealthy. Some kids are genetically born that way and cannot help the fact they are big but this commercial shows you this is one of the ways you could help.

  5. The video I think was very moving. It just made you realize that it can start early with what you eat and the eating habits that you develop from your early childhood could still be a habit for you as you grow older and older. If its a bad eating habit it could lead to early health problems such as diabetes and high cholesterol which could lead to heart disease/ heart attacks.

  6. The video "Rewind the Future" showed the audience how easy it is to develop bad habits, especially when it comes to over-eating. It actually makes you think first before feeding your child the foods that can potentially kill them if it is consumed too much. This morning reflection actually made me think about the future, instead of like the past as expected. It hooks the watcher from the start, and holds your attention throughout the whole video. It shows that making healthy choices for you and your family could help you all in the long run.

  7. I thought the morning reflection was really deep. bad parenting can strike a child's eating habits. it is telling us that we Americans need to start changing some eating habits we have for ourselves and our children.

  8. I picked this video because America is known for obesity. Bad eating habits can really affect our body in the long run. Eating habits can from our family, and they might not know what their endorsing until it's too late. I showed this to my little sister because she gets teased a lot in school for being chubby. She loves to eat junk food and always says that she wont get "that fat" because she's young, but the video really changed her views on those habits now.

  9. Today’s morning reflection was short but real to the point. I think for the people it speaks out to not only overweight adults but people of any age that might be struggling with eating problems. It also speaks out to parents that are possibly affecting the child’s future by over feeding them when they’re little. The video was good because it wasn’t a regular cliché “you need to lose weight” video. It raised questions in a different way and hopefully got people to realize changes that need to be made in society.

  10. I thought the video that we watched today was very interesting as it showed how small decisions over the course of a persons life can make big impacts later in life. I think that this video is actually a really good prevention add, as it shows that if parents/adults specifically make good choices for their children early on, it can help them have a better life in the future. And it also showed that if you make smaller changes over the course of your life then, you can hopefully stay away from obesity.

  11. I thought that the morning reflection was a way to show people like what they are exactly putting in there body and how everything is and how there life style is when they are doing all these things. Is also letting us know what will happened it can lead to diabetes etc. .

  12. The morning reflection was cool or whatever. America is known for having over weight people and they get teased. It makes them feel bad about themselves but also sometimes it's eating habits?? I don't know but the video makes me want to be aware about what i eat

  13. In the video "Rewind the future" is showing how feeding your child unhealthy at a young age it can be bad when they're older. Just because your child doesn't want to eat healthy it shouldn't make you as a parent to go right ahead and feed him unhealthy. As also eating unhealthy can cause bullying towards a child who just eats junk food.

  15. This video was just another reminder to all that obesity is something that begins as young as an infant and it is essential for not only the individual, but the parents to monitor what their children are consuming. All these sugary foods cause inflammation in the body and the body has trouble getting rid of it so it turns to fat. This video is impactful and I am a healthy eater and I believe that if people partake in physical exercise, then they won't really have to worry about getting overweight. Even just a 30 minute walk for those who don't want to strain their bodies is sufficient enough. People should open their minds to the nonsense they consume.

  18. This video shows that obesity isn't just something for our older generation to think about but also the young. It starts at a young age when parents don't watch what there children are consuming. It begins a spiral of depression when being picked on for having a little weight which only results in that person eating more to coup with the bullying. Our civilizations most hugest problems are caused and enhanced by our civilization.
