  1. Bloodsucking Fiends at first wasn't interesting at all, but as it got closer to the end it started getting more interesting. I liked when the hobo became like the Hero. I didn't see that coming. I thought he was just going to be in the beginning and that was it. He ended up making the story better.

  2. In my group there was Alex, Wade, Valerie, and myself (Danielle). We read Wade and Danielle's story, and began to read Alex and Valerie's. We each enjoyed each others stories, like Wade's because it was spontaneous and odd, and Danielle's because the character V was a super zombie killer.

  3. In my group was Marissa and Shayla. We read each others stories and gave creative feedback to one another since ms. gamzon's comments were focused mainly on grammar (which we greatly appreciated :-) ) Shayla's story was more serious but it had good description and kept Marissa interested all the way through. Marissa's story was surprisingly funny. There were moments when Shayla literally lol'ed. We also read Brianna's story which was fabulous. The way she incorporated the deceased michael jackson was so creative. The excerpt of the song "Thiller" had Marissa and Shayla rocking out in our minds. Great job you guys. Keep up the good work :)

  4. We read each other's stories, and had a good time laughing at their cleverness. Zach's story was funny, Aubrey's was quirky, and Khari's was a bit trippy.

1)We thought that people become a vampire by having a near death experience, We do all agree though that we all thought to become a vampire you have to get bit by one.
2)Jody and Tommy's relationship moved at a rather alarming pace because they both needed each other to help them out. Jody needed a human being to tell her secret to, someone with whom she could confide in. Jody also needed someone who would be willing to run errands for her during the day time. Tommy was looking for a relationship and he needed a place to stay so when Jody offered to give him money so that he could find an apartment he easily agreed to do it.
    3) The author added these religious symbols to the novel to prove how important religion plays in our society and how the emperor used the cross to try to fight the undead.
4)We feel as if the vampire in a way was supporting his eating habits in a manner that wasn't that bad for the simple fact that the victims that he targeted were people that he knew were already dying slowly. Ben Elijah Sapir had an ethical standard to kill those who were already dying.
5)Jody did not admit to murdering Simon, Tommy's best friend because all of Tommy's friends could have killed her if they wanted to. Also that was Tommy's best friend so she just blamed Elijah for killing Simon.
    6) Jody and Tommy were set up as the culprits for the crimes because the vampire wanted the police to think that Tommy was doing all of the killings .Elijah could have just destroyed the bodies because when Jody killed the man his body turned into dust but he didn't because he wanted to make the cops think that Tommy was the one murdering all those people.
7)We feel as if there is no such thing as vampires . We believe in things that can be explained scientifically or by our own religious views.
8)None of us have read "The Vampire Lestat" . The author used a fiction novel within the Bloodsucking Fiends novel because there is no truth behind vampires so he couldn't use a nonfiction novel because vampires are not real, they are just myths.
9)We believe that her most needed superability is heightened senses because humans generally can feel when their in danger due to their senses such as, hearing, seeing, and smelling.
10)Although Jody is immortal she is in love with Tommy and her ability to love is what allows her to feel those human emotions such as anger for the mess she finds left behind by Tommy's friends or fear for Tommy's safety.
11)We believe that if she does change him into a vampire their relationship will become stronger because they both will share the same strengths and need.If Tommy does not become a vampire we are quite positive that their relationship will not last. Also if Jody does change Tommy into a vampire it will make them stay together in a way because they will both understand and know how the other feels. There are not any other vampires out there so Jody will not have to think that Tommy is cheating on her with a human or Jody with another vampire because Jody found A way to kill Elijah.
